| These plaques were designed by the renowned painter and sculptor, Leonard Poteshman. I have been manufacturing these items for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Relief Assoc. since 1980. They are presented to retiring members of the Association with the addition of a small plate at the top of the plaque noting the persons years of service. |
